    Hi ladies

I bought some mothercare bedding a few months ago, when we weren't going to find out if bubs was a boy or girl.

Now we've found out (lol) I really want the pink bedding, not the yellow we have.

Do you think if I took it back (it's not been opened) and said it was a gift but I would prefer pink, they would exchange it?

I don't have the receipt anymore :hissy:

That's great. It's the sleepy farm range which was new out this spring I think so it'll definitely still be there! Will it matter it was bought a few months ago? I don't know if they can tell, but I know some stores (like waterstones) can tell when it was purchased by scanning the barcode

yeah mothercare are normally really good about doing this, i did it with a sleepsuit OH's mother bought (she was convinced it was a boy so it was blue) they didn't even ask why i wanted to change it and were really helpful showing me where the pink stuff was :)

hehe, I had to do that today with a big suit thing - it was a winter suit that would be too thick for a may baby. Unfortunately they didnt have any other in that type in a bigger size :(. But I now have a blanket adn some 3-6 sleepsuits :)
