Changing to next stage teats?

I know I've done this before but can't remember. When would you change to next size teats, what would you say are signs baby is ready for them. I'm wondering if we are at that point, I'm using MAM bottles with size 1 teats currently but dd is taking at least an hour per bottle and keeps falling asleep during them, she's also taking ages getting wind up. I'm wondering if it's all too slow for her. The only thing thing that's holding me back from trying straight away is that she can be quite sicky and I don't want to make that worse. Any advice?

My daughter had mam bottles and always got much more gas when the teat was getting to slow plus would start getting fussy & frustrated at the teat or much slower to feed. she's always suffered with bad reflux but can't say it was made worse I would definitely give the bigger teats a go if you find they seem to fast you can always go back and move baby up a size abit later once you have got them my daughter moved up the teat sizes fairly fast to be honest
