This is my first month charting and I need some help!
I understand the big temp spike early after ovulation as I was poorly. For the last few days my temperature has been really 'stable' only changing by 0.0something degrees. All the charts I've looked at are up and down but mine seems to be so slow in increasing during the luteal phase.
Am I doing it right? I take it at the same time every morning by mouth.
Is it normal for temperatures to stay in the same spot day after day, or is it something that I may need to see a GP about.
