Chart - please help going crazy now....

Good morning,

I'm starting to worry that maybe I'm not ovulating... I got a firm positive at 7 a.m. Saturday on the clearblue ovulation sticks, the clearblue digital advanced ovulation tests, and even the wondfo's...

It's now Tuesday [72 hours after positive opk] and still no temperature spike...honestly the only spike was on Sat. morning when I got the positive opk's but the bedroom was very warm...

Does this mean I'm not ovulating?

I've had all the ovulation associated feelings ...pos opks, breast tenderness, bloating, etc. Not sure what to do about this...it's now Tuesday and no big temp jump.

I don't see that you Oed yet but it doesn't mean you won't O. Some people can O quite late from time to time.

I don't think you O'd yet.
Last cycle (after MC) I had all O symptoms plus a +OPK, but no O.
Is this the first cycle you're tracking?

This is my first cycle bbt but my 2nd ttc and my 2nd cycle off bcp...last month I got a +opk but AF came 10 days later.


Temp shot up this a.m. so I'm seriously hoping it stays above 98 degrees now. I was woken up an hour earlier than usual this morning so I'm guessing that's why the dot is not filled in...

IF you just came of BCP, that could be the reason your chart is kind of wonky.
This past week was the first time I've heard that some women are super fertile after BCP, but you never know. I think stuff like that puts a lot of unneeded stress on women. I don't know if this is what you're thinking right now or not, but I'm just saying what I know...
The hormones are kind of wacked out after BCP. Keep charting, if you didn't ovulate this month- I'm sure by next month your chart will start to look more like a "by the book chart"
I definitely wouldn't worry about it. But keep track, because if for any reason you aren't ovulating- this way you'll know. I'm sure everything is fine though

Yea, my doctor told me that too - he said some woman are being put on 3 month courses to help regulate their cycles...totally crazy! I'm just happy that my temp went up this a.m. hoping that it stays up now but time will tell I guess! Thanks again.

You're right, if you temp an hour early it till not only give you an open circle but your temp will be off. If you temped an hour early, then your true temp would be higher than you recorded. If you search online for "BBT temperature adjuster" you can enter your temp info and it will adjust your temp for that hour. I use it many days and really find it to be accurate in my case.
