My temp went down today, This month my temps have been on the low side. Does it look like AF is on her way or does my chart look promising. I took Frer and neg.

It's a little early to tell, your temp might spike tomorrow or it might drop even more indicating af is on her way, how long is your luteal phase usually? You're only 10dpo so it could go either way yet, good luck!

At 10dpo, frer could stil be too early. The next few days are the critical ones. Can't tell much from the chart. Let's hope your temp spike up
