Charters: How many of you adjust your temp?

Hi,

As the subject line says I wanted to know how many of you adjust your temp when you wake up at a different time than scheduled? I know some use https://www.whenmybaby.com/basalbodytemperature.php to adjust temps when needed. So lets see if majority does or doesn't?

I voted no.

I usually temp within 30 min of my normal time. If I'm over 30 min I may just disregard that temp..

Adjusters are great, but from what I've learned they are just a guess at what your temp would be.

I do not adjust, however I will put the temp in the chart and select that temp to be ignored so that it doesn't affect my overall cover line temp.
