cheritzo for dinner?

Hi all. Firsty sorry for my bad spelling. Thinking about what to cook for tea tonight and wondered if i can have choritzo, i dont think you can uncooked, but if I cook it is it okay? I seem to have limited food in the fridge tonight!

i think if it is cooked that it is OK - same with ham, salami etc.... enjoy
