chest pains

I have a dull stabbing pain in the middle of my chest all day. Do you think it's a normal pregnancy symptom or should I be concerned???!

I don't think chest pain is. Pregnancy symptom in the slightest.

And my it history has taught me not to take chest pain lightly.

Thanks for the reply THart. I'm going to see how I feel in the morning...maybe it's just heartburn, although this is not how heartburn usually feels.

Like others have stated, chest pains are definitely not something to mess with. Especially as a woman. If it's been noticeable all day I'd be phoning my doctor...
