How do they usually start?

My LO has been under the weather all week but the last few days she's hardly eaten. When she got up this morning she was off colour, refusing to move from the sofa and if I left had a break down. I was just brushing her hair and I noticed a spot on her neck so investigated and she is covered n a rash Ll down her back and stomach and it's spreading. Most looks like a rash but there are a few spots that look aggressive and one that looks like a pimple a adult would get... What's the likeliness this is the pox?
I tried to take her temp but blooming thermometer has broken, but she is so clammy

I reckon it's a gp job just to check. My lo n 7 of her friends got it n had no rash, but did have red dots, going into water filled blister spots n then went pus filled so looked like an acne spot. So it could b but prob worth getting checked in case it's something different x
