Lucas' fees have just dropped slightly as they charge less for over 2's and its about £49 per day including snacks, meals, nappies etc. He does one full day and a 4 hour session which is £25 plus £3.75 for his lunch.
There are so many things to consider when choosing like location, staff turnover, outside area, toys - do they look new and in good condition ? Is the food freshly prepared and what sort of things do they serve. The more you pay the higher your expectations should be IMO.
My friend works at a nursery which never buys new toys, I give her lots of Lucas old things because they have hardly anything. Yet they only charge slightly less than what I pay now.
