I don't eat breakfast as I will of devoured half a selection box by 10am

Hallie will be having toast & hot chocolate with marshmellows.

We have ham cooked the night before with fried eggs, bread and butter lots of tea and juice.

i think we'll have sausage and tomato sandwiches, this is our norm, though sometimes i make james a homemade sausage and egg muffin on Christmas morning, using sausage meat etc! we'll see how good he's been this year

I'm loving the champagne idea. I think I will have to start a new tradition!

bacon sandwiches and poached egss on toast for us, and choccies too of course!!!

The chocolate seems to be a popular choice.

This thread has reminded me of the Christmas morning my Dad nearly set fire to our house.

We got up, he put the kettle on the cooker (in the days before electric ones, I am that old) and then came to watch us open presents and while he was busy taking photos he forget the kettle and it boiled dry and was just starting to smoke and burn when he remembered it!

Which is why we then had a rule that nobody was allowed near the presents until Christmas breakfast was made and eaten. I stick to it now and it nearly kills my DH :haha:

Normally just chocolate and champagne..
Might have to start a new tradition that actually involves proper food..x

My dad always used to cook my a fry-up every Christmas morning.
Last year I had nothing as I was so ill with morning sickness, and not sure about this year!
Will probably be too busy opening Ava's presents
I think I will go with chocolate!

We always have croissants and pain au chocolat, with bucks fizz and then a nice pot of tea in my best emma bridgewater christmas tea pot!! Hee hee

Just lots of choc and the mini pack of pringles that we always all get in our stockings

Bacon and mushroom rolls every year

When I lived at home it was nothing... two bars of chocolate from a selection box
