I wouldn't usually but John's made a group WhatsApp and were all sharing so we did too

Roast potatoes (which were amazing)
Roast Carrots and Parsnips
Broccoli and carrots (steamed)
Swede
Stuffing
Yorkshire's

I just polished off the rest of the roast potatoes.

My first Christmas dinner cooked and it went down well! Clean plates all around !

We had Pork Rib Back with roasted potatoes, carrots, and parsnip rosti stars. Dessert was either chocolate pinecones or profiteroles (or both )
Just remembered to take pic and am including one of my Domdom cause he looks so cute with his crown lol

Prawn cocktail starter, then Turkey with all the trimmings and baileys cheesecake to finish

We had Ham, Mashed potatoes, instant pot Mac and cheese, stuffing, green bean casserole, candied yams, corn, rolls, gravy, apple sauce.
It was my first time making green bean casserole and candied yams, I got the approval from my American hubby and I thought they tasted pretty good. Very carb heavy dinner but it’s Christmas lol
Don’t ask me how but I managed to cook all of this in my tiny RV kitchen lol
