We had Pork Rib Back with roasted potatoes, carrots, and parsnip rosti stars. Dessert was either chocolate pinecones or profiteroles (or both :haha:)

We had Ham, Mashed potatoes, instant pot Mac and cheese, stuffing, green bean casserole, candied yams, corn, rolls, gravy, apple sauce.
It was my first time making green bean casserole and candied yams, I got the approval from my American hubby and I thought they tasted pretty good. Very carb heavy dinner but it’s Christmas lol
Don’t ask me how but I managed to cook all of this in my tiny RV kitchen lol
