hi I had two recurrent miscarriages in the past for unknown reasons.

Then recently I have diagnosed with Karyotype 46, XX, t(2;4) (q21;q23)

Its interpretation is : Abnormal result reveals the presence of female karyotype with balanced translocation involving chromosome no. 2 and chromosome no. 4 at bands 2q21 and 4q23.

I need your assistance in this.
What are the chances of having healthy baby in future?
What kind of medication can help to come out of this?
