Clary sage - how to use it???

(again, put this on 1st tri by mistake DUH!!!)

So I know there are millions of threads on this, but just wondered how is everyone using it, how much and how often? I've heard some people rubbing it on their bump but I checked the bottle and it said not to apply directly to skin.

Is there anything else apart from the essential oil? Bit concerned to start using it as it asks to seek advice before using it : /
