I guess it would depend on what's in them and what all it does. Is there a number or website that you can ask the company or people that sold/made them? I took a cleanse and it said that what ever you were already doing is fine as long as you don't start something new. I don't *think* you can overdose on vitex or folic acid easily but I'm not a doctor or herbalist(though I wish I was an herbalist). Good Luck!! Hope it works well!!
Also, just a side note, I don't know if it true for the one you taking but the cleanse I took said not to ttc the month you took it. Something about possibly transmitting toxins that you release. Which I didn't stop trying per se but I didn't time anything either.
