I took the clearblue easy plus 7 days before my missed period and got a BFN lately I have had sore nipples and menstral type cramps is there a possibility that I could still be pregnant

7 days before your missed period is still very early. The earliest I've seen anyone get a positive test was 5-6 days before their missed period and it was a very, very faint line on a FRER so yes, I would say you still have a chance. Fx for you!
