Yep, the clock said 5.40am when I got up which isn't so bad, then I remembered I had already put it forward so it was really 4.40am!

I had no problems remembering, as it ment i was only doing a 9 hour nightshift instead of 10 hours

I only realised when i had accidently left my 5am alarm left on and it went off at 6am!
