Hi folks, I'm set to start my first round of Clomid on CD5 of this cycle, today is CD1. My main question is, the nurse I spoke to on the phone said that I was to come in on CD21 (I'm quite sure that's what she said) and then scheduled me for October 31st. I was driving when we were talking about it and didn't have a calendar in front of me, but by my calculation CD21 would be October 24th. Do you other Clomid folks have bloodwork done? If so, is it on day 21 or not necessarily?

Also, I have been having vary cycle lengths, between 28-43 days....will Clomid make my cycle a more predictable length? Do you take in the the morning or the evening? I saw lots of possible side effects and would prefer to experience them at home rather than at work. Any other advice? Thanks!!

Hello! I tried Clomid 4 times & it didn't work for me. I was always required to go in on CD21 for the progesterone check. My cycles are about 35 days & didn't change with the clomid, but like I said, it didnt work for me. I took mine at night & I still had horrible side effects. I was on 150mg cd 3-7. Good luck!!

Hi. I am just about to start chlomid too, well once af arrives!

I take 50mg in days 2-6 and have to have day 21 bloods each time. If they have got your dates wrong, ring them and let them know, it can't do any harm.

Thanks ladies. I called today and the nurse did make a mistake. We rescheduled for the right day.
