clomid and periods question

So here's the problem I bleed for weeks at a time, so far this cycle I've bled for 31 days. And I know that I don't ovulate. So DUB with anovulatory cycles. So my question is, if I take clomid would it stop the bleeding and then make me ovulate or would I just keep bleeding?
I really want to ovulate!! And getting pregnant would be awesome too!!
Any ideas???

I'm no expert but I think it could help? Worth asking the Dr.
I took clomid this cycle just to give us more chances of catching one I ovulate normally and everything is good working order. So it helped me produce more eggs. I think it can also improve egg quality?
If you take it it could help regulate your cycles and help normalise your AF?
Best to speak to a professional about it. Bleeding that long must be annoying more than anything? You'd feel like you never get a rest from it??

Yeah, that's what I was thinking is that it would kind of kick start my cycles to regulate. I hope anyway.
And yes, there are times when I feel like I've forgotten what it's like to Not be bleeding all the time. Really draining emotionally after a while.
