Clomid and Provera question

I have PCOS and I've been on Provera and Clomid. First month, I ovulated. Second month, I didn't. Now on the third month, I started the Provera on the 16th. Then I had a really light period on the 25th and the 26th, and then spotting for 2 more days. I assumed that was my period and took the Clomid. Then, this past Saturday, the 4th, I started another, heavier, period. Called my doctor today, she's out till next Monday, but the nurse said that all she's gonna say is whether I should get the blood test on the 21st day of the first light period or wait until the 21st day of the second one. I'm just wondering if anyone else had issues like this while on Provera or Clomid.
