Clomid Help After Day 21.

HI All,

I need some help. I did my My Ovulation Blood Test on Day 21. Got the Result on Day 22 - it was 22.3. And doctor Advised not to Have Intercourse after Day 21.
I have Breast Nipple Symptoms. Headaches.

Not sure what to do. After Day 21 Does any one advise to have intercourse. or what ever progesterone level. We are Trying to Conceive Parent. Dont want to miss a month. Not sure what to do.

After Day 21 with the progesterone level what food item we need to eat to help it.

what are the do's and Dont's after Day 21 Please Advice.

Firstly not sure why he’s advised you not to have sex after day 21 also what country are you in as progesterone is measured differently here’s a chart for you to look at id say you’ve definitely ovulated though.
