Hi
My husband and I have been TTC for 17 months now.
My first round of Clomid I was told to take 50mg on CD5-9.
My estrogen went through the roof, and I had 3 follicles, 11mm, 20mm and 21mm on CD14.
My 2nd cycle I took 25mg on CD5-9.
I had 2 follicles, one 22.5 and one 21.5 on CD15
Both cycles I got my period on CD34.
I am now on CD3 of my third Clomid cycle, and when I called the fertility clinic to tell them I got my period on Friday, the nurse told me to get an ultrasound on Tues (CD5) and start the Clomid on Wed (CD6), which seems late to me!
My biggest problem right now is that i don't fully trust in my doctor (a fertility specialist) and that much of the time I feel I am not being given enough information. I never get to speak directly to the doctor on the phone, his nurse calls me and gives me instructions, but can never answer my questions.
I want to know how normal is it to be taking clomid CD6-10, and what reason there is for taking it so late.
And success stories if possible! I'm starting to stress
Thanks!
