Clomid or femara?

Hi Girls!
I am currently on a femara cycle. I tried 5 cycles of clomid with no luck. I ovulate on my own and we have a slight MF. We are mostly in the "unexplained" category. I am waiting for a positive ovulation kit and we will be doing and IUI. Hoping for the best.
With clomid I had more side effects such as hot flashes, trouble sleeping, and slight naseau. With the femara I havnt had any side effects. So far I feel great on it. I will keep you updated but good luck to us all! Patience and positive thinking are the keys!
