This is my first cycle taking clomid (i already ovulate on my own but only have one tube) and I went in for my sono today in CD 16 (usually o around cd19. I got a positive opk this morning so expected to go in and see some eggs ready to go but all they saw was one little follicle not close to being ready to go. So how did I get a positive opk if I'm not close to o? Did I release the good egg(s) already before I had the sono and all was left was the little one that wasn't ready to go? I'm so confused and disappointed.
