Clomid Round 1- buddies...anyone??

my dr was pretty adamant that I got mine done on cd 22 Mine was on a Saturday so he sent me to a clinic across town that was open so I could get mine done

I dont think it matters CD21 or CD22, they wait until 7dpo so progesterone levels are enuf to draw a conclusion. I gave mine last cycle 8dpo too. U will be fine at 8dpo.

I tested yesterday at 8dpo since i was hopin for bday gift and it was bfn but i got cramps today and leg pain so donno, maybe af is coming

Sorry to jump in here but I have a question has anyone actually gotten pregnant off of Clomid I'm on my third round and if this doesn't work the doctor won't give me any more he will send me to a specialist but my insurance doesn't cover that so we won't be doing anything because I can't afford it

I believe everyone here are using clomid the first time. Usually clomid can be used up to 6 month. Also some ppl react better to femare. Talk to ur doc about try one or two cycle femara

Unfortunately i asked if there is any other meds i can take and he isnt willing to try them because his opinion is if the clomid didnt work they wont be effective either. 😞

Some doctors are just so stuborn! im not a doctor but i read lots and so many ppl that didnt get result with clomid, did get it with femara. Because clomid makes ur body think there isnts enuf estrogen so produce extra estrogen so more fsh but femara blocks the estrogen production so ur body produces estrogen at once and more fsh. since they work differently, they may effects differently too.

what tests u have done so far? since u are only limited to take 6 month of clomid maybe ur doctor doesnt wanna waste other 3 months of clomid wihout checking other factors. Like did u get ur tubes checked?

He didnt and wont do anything else but send me to specialist. He doesnt seem interested in helping me anymore. Hes a good doctor for when your pregnant but not for helping you get there.

Hi Ladies, I think I'm out. Cd 16 and started spotting as if af is about to start. No idea what's happening. Another high (flashing smiley) on my digital opk but normal cheap opk completely negative

maybe its mid cycle bleeding, why would u be out at cd16. Keep using opk, unless u missed the surge. How is ur cm?

I think because of the spotting and no positive opk. The earliest I've ever O'd on my own was cd19, and have o'd as late as cd 32. But i've never spotted. Just trying not to get my hopes up xx

Yes I am on clomid. 100mg cd 2-6. I guess it could be clomid. Just felt a bit too 'heavy' to just be ovulation spotting with no other symptom. Was enough to stain liner. Although I have been having some slight pain on my left x

Nothing new to report. Still spotting, on day 19, sixth day of high on clearblue advanced opk, negative cheapy opk.

My plan is to wait it out until after my holiday when I will be cd40. Take provera and start second cycle of clomid

Yea ur cycle seems confusing, maybe keep BDing ever other day n see what happens by cd30.

Oh my gosh!! A positive. That is awesome. My temp took a pretty big drop today, so I am not feeling very confident, but not out yet. Happy and healthy 9 months to you!!

Not today... I tested on Friday and Saturday, both negative, however since my temp drop today FF moved my O date to cd15, not 14, so that puts me at a different dpo- I will test tomorrow if my temp is at a more normal (it could be a fluke this am)

I saw a line on 10dpo and it was so faint, DH didnt see it and didnt believe me. Give 3-5mins and check the test. Also my cheap test has faint line but frer was barely anything there. Dried bit more noticeable but i thought it was imaginary.

Im just so scared of losing it

Hang in there Golden, I might be right behind you... seeing something on my tests, and my cervical position is high, closed, and soft!! Trying not to get too excited. Hoping for a darker line in the next couple of days.
