Cloudy FMU??

So I am constantly peeing ATM. But have to take a FMU sample to my early scan today. I held it in most of the night and have just filled my pot, it's 4.45AM and my scan isn't until 11.10AM. It looks like cloudy apple juice - WTF. It's been sat for 20 mins now and is separating, clear on top and cloudy on the bottom half. How fast does HCG break down in the urine? Paranoid it's going to show negative in 6 hours time? I have been POAS like a mad woman and haven't had a urine sample like this yet. Something else now for me to worry about. 😢 Any advice greatly appreciated. Xx

My son's does this when there is protein in it. Hopefully it was just an odd one off!
