Clueless About Temps

Hi Ladies, I'm 10dpo and NTNP so no charting but I've noticed that lately my temp has been up a bit from usually, have been warmer and took it last few days and it's up! But I have no idea what that means haha Can anyone provide some advice as to what this could mean?

I've only recently started temping, but I believe your temps go up after ovulation and stay up if you're pregnant. Good luck!

Your temps do go up after O, but if you haven't been charting them all along, taking your temp now really won't be helpful. It probably doesn't mean anything, except maybe you have a fever.

If you haven't been charting or anything, how do you know you are 10 DPO?

Hi Wildflower, thanks to my OBGYN I'm able to tell ovulation by my CM so I can tell you that was 10 days ago!
