Hi ladies! 
I have a question about the first day of a new cycle. I will be taking letrozole this cycle days 5-9.
What day would you consider your first day? The first day you see blood or when you get a full flow? Just so I would know what day I'm going to start the meds?!
Also...
Anyone have ways to improve CM during O time?
