CM ????

not really sure how tracking CM works.... mine doesnt seem to ever change.... any help or hints to making this work for me? Doc says everything is normal and all my tests came back good so not really sure whats going on..... could something be wrong????

Hey Mommy! So I did a little reading on how to go about checking this because I too wasn't sure if I was doing it right. And my recent experience is that literally reaching up in there just like you're going to feel for your cervix and scooping it up is the best way to really see whats going on up there.
