coal tar soap / pine tar soap pupps??

I am really suffering with pupps!!! its driving me mad im itching all the time

Iv read on internet about people using these soaps so I have bought some coal tar soap but now i have read about this pine tar soap but i have never seen that in any shops before
are they the same thing more or less ?
also has anyone used them or have just any suggestions what else my help?

I know we get tar shampoo over here, probably soap too though Ive never looked for it. One thing I can tell you is it does stink to high heavens, actually like tarmac.
