Whats the highest dosage i can take at a time, im in agony with my back and cant get to the docs untill monday. I started taking paracetamol but this never touched it so i found some codine in the cupboard and have been taking 30mg but im still in agony. Can i take anymore?
Take ibuprofen every 4 hours and paracetamol every 4 hours but overlap it so that you're taking something every 2 hours. Thats what I was told to do when I broke my cocyxx bone. I don't think you can double up on codeine but I think it can be taken with ibuprofen (but check, Im not a medical professional)
