Cold and chest infection ? :(

Hello everyone I hope all is well,

I am feeling so ill today I have a cold stuffy nose sneezing eyes are all puffy and a cough now to top it all off my cough is killing me not in my throught that's a bit sore but my chest its like its on fire and I am in a lot of pain is there anything that I can take ?

I haven't taken anything so far but I think and am hoping that this is my worst day and that I will start to get better from here, I have heard that paracetamol is okay to take could I take one 500mg of those or is there anything else anyone can recomend ?

I took infant calpol, the paracetamol would probably have been more effective but in my head I needed medicine! Today I got some calpol baby nasal spray (saline), says inside that pregnant women can use it. You can also suck lockets for your throat ( honey n lemon ones) hope u feel better soon!

I came down with tonsillitis yesterday (the same day as i found out i was pregnant.) Doctor told me i could take 1 paracetemol every four hours but to stay clear of anti-inflamatorys like iburfen.
