Cold feeling in uterus?

I am one day past my first iui and am having random, sharp, stabbing pains on my left side, which is where I had a follicle developing. Otherwise, no other pain. But I do also have an odd cold feeling over my entire uterus. It feels like I have a cold pack on my lower abdomen. I have heard of the "cold uterus" theory before and am worried that maybe this is the reason I have "unexplained infertility". Anyone else have this issue and/or remedies???

So happy you seem to still be around. Did you ever find out what the cold feeling was?

I am having it right now. It started about 9dpo and lasted pretty much all day. It has been coming on and off since and I am 12dpo right now.

Mine is not limited to my uterus. It starts there, then moves to my vaginal area, ovaries, and butt. What in the world is this?
