Cold rememdies...pregnancy safe

I feel the flu or a bad head cold coming on...

ear ache, EXHAUSTED 1-x more than usual, sore throat, stuffed nose and just overall feel like crud, and i think im developing a fever.

and i know u cant take crud when ur pregnant...so, anyone have any ideas to help?

I know how you feel...I'm a teacher's aide at a preschool, and I'm hoping and praying I don't catch what the little ones are always passing around. But this morning I woke up with a sore throat, and starting to get that coughing junk. My dr said don't even take emergen-c packets, as it has too much to be safe while pregnant. All I know to take is my prenatals, and drink o.j.

yes mine too, but im going to see the dr at 3 so hopefully he has some ideas, cuz im hurting
