Cold season :(

So, with today being the first day of Autumn, our temperatures have literally gone from 100+F to 70F in a week here. I hate the abrupt temp changes. Kayla has a runny nose and it's constantly crusty. Should I be giving her more water? That poor little nose.

On a happier note, we did her flu shot last week.

haha its the exact opposite here. It has been pretty cold here up until the last week now its boiling hot every day. LO hasnt adjusted well to the sudden temp. rise

I've been feeling the cold alot here too recently definately winter coming along! I'm not sure about the water, I'd offer it to her, if she wants it, she'll take it.

Saline drops and a humidifier! They make baby vicks too, if shes super stuffy.

^^ Our weather is awful isn't it, I'm freezing already and its only just hit Autumn...gosh imagine our winter I'm SO not looking forward to it

I hatehatehate sudden changes in temperature. They always make me sick! So far it hasn't been too awful, high 60s, low 70s or so but high 30s at night so I've had to turn the heat on! We dropped big time though from like 90-100s to 70s overnight. Blech.

I swear I am going through the menopause, I am always, always feeling really hot and everyone else is cold
