Just want to check i am reading the instructions right, Express a few tablespoons of milk, mix etc and then feed with a plastic teaspoon???
Do i really need a few tablespoons of milk, whats the least others use?
Little one is only one month and i dont express or bottle feed and would prefer not to if possible.
    Thanks

It's a pain, but you get used to preemting it though.

I usually keep milk in the fridge (leaked or expressed) and mix it in a feeding cup or medicine dropper (which I've since melted in the microwave :/)

I prolly use one tblsp of milk max.

I find it easier to have already expressed and then to warm the container of EBM in warm water.

The reason it has to be put into the milk is because the enzyme works on the make up of the milk, breaking it down.

I hope the colief works for you, it didn't do anything for Bethan, I think that it probably only works for some babies but those it works for it works for them really well. For bethan the thing which helped us was infant gaviscon as it turns out that the problem wasn't colic but silent reflux and according to my HV and GP it is very difficult to tell them apart sometimes.

I hope you get something which helps :hugs:
