I just ate some of the veggie Colin caterpillars from m&s and have now read on the back that they aren't suitable for children under 36 months and now I'm absolutely terrified. I felt bad enough that I ate them anyway as they are just sugar.

Does anyone have any advice?

Are you worried about having eaten them while pregnant? I would imagine they put the warning on the package as small gummy candies like that could be a choking hazard for young children. You are probably OK. I've never heard of that type of candy being forbidden during pregnancy.

I had to google what it was, looks like gummy worms? The warning is because they cannot be chewed up by little kids easy.

That's a relief! I was worrying about how much sugar I had eaten and then panicked that there must have been a dangerous ingredient in it in addition to all the sugar x

Oh not at all! They'll just be a choking hazzard to young children :)
