Collected our oyster pram today - love it!!!

We collected our pram and car seat this afternoon, I love it!! Just can't wait to have my little baby to put in it! OH was even pushing it around the living room lol, bless.

And for anyone who is interested to see what the oyster with colour packs looks like in real life...

A Local Independant Shop was told 1st September but thet have had a supply issue so have now put urgent on the order..... I'm hoping I won't want to use the pram in the first week but if baby comes early it's going to be quite awkward...... A friend has a spare old pram so may ask if I can use for a couple of weeks until ours arrives if needed

Originally I was waiting for the icandy Cherry Black to be released but thet kept postponing their dates which is when I came across the oyster and preferred it..... decided to find out sex of baby before buying a Colour pack

We have chosen the oyster (I'm due on the 26th November) but the store is holding it for us due to lack of space but I can't wait.

Can't wait to get it and have a play.

We ordered before we found out the sex and went for the red as it seems to be unisex. Though I loved the turquoise and tried to persuade hubby to go with that but he said it was too boyish should we have a girl. Turned out little one is a boy anyway but now we have it, I'm glad we went for the tomato

I love it. Havent gone pram shopping yet, waiting for 20 week scan just because things havent been as straight forward as i had hoped but i love yours. Is it heavy? Do you mind me asking how much you paid for it?

Its reassuring that someone has received their oyster. Mine is going to be over 5 weeks late (if it turns up w/c 20th sept) I'm not sure it will as its already been pushed back twice! I ordered it 11 weeks ago. I hope it turns up soon! It does look nice though!

You've got me worried now ....... I'm due in less than 2 weeks and my oyster has been pushed back once ....... Lets hope we both get ours in time !!

Yay! Love the Oyster, I got a pink and black one and although we had a little trouble with the back brake at first all is well now I ordered mine literally months ago and the car seat only arived today and the rest of it about 2 weeks ago.

Has anyone got the footmuff or the tray to go with it?xx

It feels heavy to me at the moment as I've got pelvic girdle pain and can only walk with crutches, so I have virtually no strength, but I don't remember it being heavy when I pushed it in the shop etc.

We paid £442.95 which included the frame, seat unit, carrycot, Britax SHR2 carseat, colour packs for both the seat unit and carrcot, footmuff and raincovers for both the seat unit and carrycot. We also got a free sheepskin pram liner for buying using the price matching service

Really? Where have you ordered from?? We ordered 19th June and it arrived in the shop a few weeks back; we were waiting longer for the car seat from Britax than the pram.

We have the black apron/footmuff thing if that's what you mean? Think it's one of the last photos I took. Don't have the tray but may keep my eye on ebay over the next 6 months to see how much they are second hand.
