Coming off BCPs

Hi..

Anyone else recently come off BCP and having erratic temps like I am?

My temps are all over the place and I'm using a BD BBT thermometer and I'm tempting the same time every morning and I'm using OPKs and still not positive for O this month....

I just started temping yesterday so we will see if mine is wacky. I got off BCP back in June and my AF is still wacky also. I know BCP can mess your body up...so maybe thats why the temps are all weird...if your dont get your OPK + soon...maybe check with your doctor and get some testing done or see what they say.
