Sorry that this is completely off topic but I thought some of you may be able to help me.
I had stored some clothes in my basement and took them into the house yesterday.
When I unfolded a skirt I saw 2 little (what I think is) moth larvae.
None of the clothes had moth holes in them and as far as I could see there was no living moths / larvae, but I have pretty much thrown out most of the clothes. I kept a few things (which may not even have had moths touch them) but to be sure I washed them yesterday at 30 degrees... they couldnt be put in the dryer so I hung them out to dry.
The question is, do you think washing them is enough and any eggs etc that may have been on them (that I didnt see) would be washed off? Or do I need to take more action???
Im really getting into 'mummy mode' as I just want to make sure I have gotten rid of them.
Would ironing these clothes also help to get rid of anything left over on the clothes?
Thanks alot if anyone can help! xxxx
