Confused about mid cycle bleeding when ttc

Hi
I have been off the pill for 3 full cycles and period has always came naturally at the end of the month.

The last time it reared it's ugly head was August the 30th.

I am not due is again till the 30th September but I am now 7DPO and I have started was seems to be a heavy period with cramps and huge clots for no reason

Why do you think this could be?

and how do I know when Im going to Ovulate next?

It's so messed everything up and I'm so upset

It alot more than spotting it very heavy that's why I'm so confuse
