Confused any help?

ok so I went to the emergency room for pain turns out I have a cysct but now im confused I should be 8 weeks 3 days but am dateing at 7 weeks but my hcg level im told is very high at 68499 I have my scan pic seen the heartbeat and was told everything looked good er called with my hcg level this morning and told me to call my ob so I did that but there computers are down and cant get my test results has anyone ever had anything like this and if so what was the reason id really appreciate any ideas on why my levels would be so high

The darker shadow on the scan pic, is there any possability of twins?

but she only showed me one heartbeat during the scan

I just think the dark shadow above the sack looks about the same size x

I guess anything is possible but I just found a chart that shows those levels of hcg are normal so now I have no clue why the nurse would call and say that

That sounds good to me. Your dates can be right and baby can measure a week smaller and a week bigger and still have the same dates. It is very normal. I would not worry. chances of m/c goes way down after seeing a heart beat. HTH!

Thanks so much Im not gonna worry my ob seems to think everything is ok I see him again on monday Id just like to yell at the nurse or the person who told her to call and get me so upset lol

yeah dates can be all over the place.. i had my first scan and measured 8w5d (i was
9w1d by LMP) but then today when i had an ultrasound (i work in an xray department and so i can gets scans when there isnt much going on) and im 12w3d and i was measuring 13w2d... so i guess they go thru spurts!!!
