Hi ladies,

I am due to ovulate on Wednesday I have 28 day cycles so that is day 14. I got some Ov sticks as just wanted to be sure started testing yesterday.

I had a really strong second line yesterday, today a negative result!! I am sooo confused is it possible to ovulate that early!!! It would be cycle day 11????

help please

hi, i don't think thats too early to ovulate. Remember too that ov sticks detect the lh surge before you actually ovulate so you will prob ovulate approx 12/36 hours after positive opk. I am on cd12 so same cycle as you.... im yet to get my positive opk tho, i hope it hurries up! Good luck to you.

Just seems so weird I would l have thought the surge ws still taking place though?

The surge is quite short - so you could have got the surge on cd11 and then ov on cd13, which is only really a day early.
