Consistent temp dip at 9dpo (not implantation), late corpus luteum dip?

Just over here anxiously awaiting my test date and examining my charts. I've only really had two cycles of temping so far (currently on the second) but on both charts at 8dpo I had a dip, and then on both at 9dpo (what I am today) it dipped further, and last cycle went back up at 10dpo. I'm hoping it does the same for me tomorrow! It also seems like it may have happened two cycles ago - I started temping at what was probably 9dpo and it was a low temp, and the next day was much higher.

I have heard of corpus luteum dips - but from what I've read that happens within the first few days after ovulation. Is it possible for it to happen as late as 9 dpo? Or is there any other explanation? Really I am just curious about the possible biological explanations! Anyone have this or read about it?
