Constant Bleeding with implant?

Got the implant about 6 weeks ago, had my period 4 weeks after for 5 days. A week ago I started bleeding, and it hasn't let off. It's only minimal, i.e one sanitary towel would last 3 days? ( I still change it daily though obv ). Does anyone else have this?

sorry cant help as ive not had the implant i had spotting for a while after starting the minipill while my body adjusted to the hormones so if your implant has hormones in it then that might be it

I have this aswell. But it's not really bleeding.It's more like a brown discharge (TMI) but I get what you mean about the pad thing. My DR said it could anything up to 6 months for the bleeding to settle down x

I have my second implant in and i have had this, but did not the previous time. When i asked bout this was told it could continue like this for the duration of having it in arm and offered me the pill also to control bleeding.

If you go to family planning they will do tests to make sure its not an infection, if so they will give you something to sort it, if not they will give you the contraceptive pill to regulate the bleeding

i have the implant and had bleeding like that for maybe 4 weeks and since then it's been fine, i've had it a year now and no problems since

I had implant for a year bleeding as all strange, bled 4 weeks heavy-ish then nothing for 4 months then light for a couple of weeks

I have the implant and it has been 16 weeks of heavy period with a 3day break. I am getting so annoyed with it now! 6 weeks maybe ok, but 16 weeks is just a joke. Going to the doctors next week to see what the nurse says or what she wants to do x
