This constant naseau is really getting to me. I'm sick from sun up to sun down. I don't puke....I just feel sick.

I am so uncomfortable. Even showring, after I am done I have to sit down for a minute because I'm so exhaugted, and I have to stand on my feet all day, which is even more exhausting.

Idk what to do, anything ginger isn't helping. The only temporary fix that I have found is eating......but that is the last thing that I want to do is eat.

I'm just so fustrated. I'm happy to be sick because it is a strong symptom but oon the other hand, I hate it.

Ugh

Sorry beautiful. I feel kind of similar to you, not even sure if I can call it nausea, just feel "icky" and kind of achy. Don't want to be touched or bothered, but I am not sleeping well so I can't nap it off. Sometimes it's a hungry feeling but at the same time I feel repulsed by most food. If I make myself eat something small it usually feels a little better, at least for a bit. On top of that, I have extremely achy legs for some reason, like I ran a marathon. So walking to get something to eat sucks too!

Everyone thinks I am "one of the lucky ones" since I am not throwing up, but I almost wish I would throw up if it would make the yucky feeling go away for a bit! Can't let on to OH how I feel either or he will give me a hard time about being old, like an "I told you so" Trying to keep yourself occupied and therefore distracted can help a little. Hopefully it will pass in a few weeks, hang in there :)

I am sorry you are feeling so grotty :(
I was the same way until about 11 or 12 weeks but then I swear it gradually eased off. It sucked at the time and I remember feeling like it would never get better and I would never feel human again but even only 12 or so weeks later I can barely remember it.

I found crunching on green apples was a great nausea reliever.

Wishing you strength until this passes xx

I just called my doctor today because I couldn't stop throwing up after I ate. The medication she gave me really helped. I know it's the sign of a healthy pregnancy, and I am grateful, but I have been so tired and achy all long. I don't like leaving bed even though I am usually tired and can't sleep. I just want to sleep and wake up for the delivery.

I feel just like you. I havent vomited at all, just nausous all day and all night. When I'm hungry I dont feel good, but when I am full I dont feel good either. Its almost like I just cant win lol. I've found that sucking on sour candy helps me alittle bit. But as my midwife said, being nausous is a good reasurrance that the hormone levels and baby are doing good. Happy, and healthy nine months! :)
