It has been there all day, everyday from the time I wake up until the time I go to bed. Pregnancy has been so miserable for the past week and a 1/2 because of this. It has only been nausea, but not enough to throw up. Just a constant queasy feeling and I can't figure out what to do to get rid of it. Today it started easing up a little, but I have a feeling it will just be back tomorrow. :/ I haven't wanted to do anything and it is getting kind of depressing. Is there anything that could help ease it? I tried crackers, eating, drinking, sleeping, etc.

Unfortunatly there's not much that makes it go away. If I eat it's goes while I'm eating, but then a few minutes later it's baaaaaack! I still have it, though mine is a little worse, I throw up as well...Popcycles help a little too, try those. Those preggy pops helped me a little at first too. Good luck, remember it's all worth it in the end!

You can try to get a prenatal pill with no iron. Iron is hard on the stomach. Eating little snack throughout out the day also helps. I am pretty much the same except I have been puking all day. I forgot to take my pill one night and felt alot better the next day. Also take your pill at night with a small snack. I try to wake up in the middle of my sleep to eat or drink water. This will help also as my tummy is icky because it is empty.

I agree with the iron-free prenatal. They made me SO sick with my DD that I don't take prenatals this time, just a multi and folic acid.

My nausea is slight and pretty constant unless I eat snacks often. I'm going to gain way too much if this persists! haha

I am with you ladies!!!

The constant nausea through the day AND in the middle of the night is making me miserable. Like someone said, only during eating does it dissipate, but a few minutes after, it's back to make me miserable again. I would have to be snacking all day non-stop, a little here and there, to alleviate the queasiness. My doc just gave me prenatals so....I am looking forward to more nausea as I have heard and read that it worsens it.

I think I will go and buy myself a ginger ale or whatever to help with it. It's becoming so tiring for me, as I can't even get a goods night sleep :'(

Ahh yep.. good ol' 24/7 nausea! Pretty hard to enjoy this when you can barely move all day because you feel like losing your guts  I ended up waking at 4am last night, ran to the loo vomiting for the first time  I'm the BIGGEST baby when it comes to that! I'm actually dreading going to sleep right now, afraid I'll wake up again and have the same thing, ugh. Can't wait for this to die down and the glowing to start! xx

I have constant nausea too :( Nothing works to help it either i have to force myself to eat these days otherwise i wouldnt.

I understand. For the past few days, I've been nauseous and finally, this morning, I threw up my apple juice that I drank first thing waking up.

I'd still be queasy during eating too! :nope: Just a few minutes ago, I found that eating a toast of bread with whatever spread you like (or can handle) or just cheese with toast (or untoasted bread) with it with a cup of milk helps with the nausea. Even better, eat some kind of fruit or mixed fruits. My stomach feels more full. You need not just carbs but protein. So make a peanut butter sandwich and cut it into smaller pieces and have it with you throughout the day. Or crackers with peanut butter. Whatever you want, but I discovered you gotta have both carbs AND protein!!!! My mother in law actually told me (she's a nurse). The protein helps to make you feel fuller, hence, a less or no feeling of nausea. Try it. It won't hurt to try - because I hate this nausea so much. I can't even sit up or stand without feeling like I want to puke my guts out.

eat little but often and try drinking fizzy juice - it makes you burp which can help relieve the nausea for a bit

Ginger (ginger ale, ginger tea, etc) is known to help with nausea greatly. Also, lemon or lime juice (I like to sprinkle salt over it). I've got shopping to do tomorrow, looks like! I am going to do whatever I can (safely) to battle this nausea. Because I am in bed 80% of the time and I hate it.

I had full on m/s from 6-13 weeks and I still have nausea now, it dosent go away that easily let me tell you! lol

Mine was really bad last week - it has eased this week thankfully(although that's making me worry!:)) anyway I found that peppermints really helped to ease it when I was feeling very sick.

Thats what I have been doing is keep a mint in my mouth and sniff menthol rubs.

I got some sea bands at lunch today as I was running to the toilet dry heaving all morning at work. I feel much better - still queasy and not 100% but a whole lot better.

I know how you guys feel. Just started getting the all day nausea feeling a couple days ago. Although today has been wayyy better then yesterday i actaully ate some rice and veggies for lunch felt so nice to eat. But right after i was done i felt sick again! I got those sea bands, and although they do not take all the nausea away, it does take the edge off. I keep them on all the time! I also bought those b-natal lollipops todays, i havent found that they help that much :( I am sick of feeling sick already! I hope im not one of those girls that has this last the whole pregnancy :( I hate just being a lump of a person hardly living because i feel like poop all the time lol just an hour or two to feel better would be nice.

I spoke to my Dr. Even though the sea bands are working amazingly well, I still don't feel great and I definitely cannot eat anything. She is prescribing me diclectin and I'm excited after reading how much it has helped other women. Unfortunately it seems like it is only an option for us Canadian women.

mine was so bad i had to get a prescription so thats about the only advise i can give anyone so sorry hope you feel better

I can not deal with this....I can't keep anything down and every food smell stirs my stomach, I just want to puke. I wanted to throw up so bad this morning but I tried controlling it.

This is getting HORRIBLE!!! I don't know what else to do! My mother in law says sometimes if there isn't anything else after trying so many interventions, then it's just what ya gotta deal with. Pregnancy comes with good and bad....and I am having it this bad so early on.

If someone knows other ways to alleviate nausea, please let us know!!!

Wow lots of people battling 24/7 nausea! Mine has been bad for about 9 days now. I been eating lots of salads and random little things and just today it is starting to feel a little bit better out of nowhere. Just hoping I don't jinx it! Still no throwing up, but sometimes I wish I would instead of just laying there feeling like crap. I actually started feeling a little better after eating macaroni and cheese and taking a nap haha! I guess it will all be worth it in the end :)
