Everytime I lay down (mostly when I go to bed) within 15 mins or so,I get the urge to stretch my legs every few minutes... It's soooo annoying and stops me from getting to sleep...any suggestions to help ease the aches? X
Restless leg syndrome and its a nightmare!! Drinking tonic water can help, particularly with leg cramps because of the quinine in it and also bananas help bcos of potassium xxx
