Constipation

Does anyone know what i can give my 6 week old for constipation? He passed a hard poo last night (which isnt like him) and he seems to be in pain

my hv told me to squeeze an orange and put 2 tablespoons in 3oz of water it really worked for archie, she said sometimes water itself is enough but the orange is better hth xx
