Could fatigue, twinges, and nausea be from cyst?

I'm 7dpo and got BFN today. I'm having real nausea (not like "ugh I ate too much" or anything), absolutely tons of twinges (I even made DH feel cuz it felt like when our DS freaking kicked!), and exhausted (that, however, could be explained away). Definitely can feel twinges on my ovaries, but they don't hurt. I had severe Charlie horse-like cramping in my uterus at 3dpo for about five minutes but nothing since. Otherwise felt just kind of bleh the last few days.

What does this sound like to you? Could it be a symptomatic cyst? Something else? Or am I... just pregnant and super impatient?

Cysts have been known to spike progesterone which can cause all sorts of symptoms. at 7dpo these would be progesterone symptoms not hcg. Only you know your body though and I wish you luck in getting the bfp in a few days.
